This week, the Plexus Media team had a chance to talk to Jim Frazier regarding a few updates that investors have been asking about on our social media. Mr. Frazier was able to discuss a few different initiatives that have been happening as of late.

Status of Edibles and Infused Products

This past week, the Nutritional High team purchased factory-scale manufacturing tools for scaled up edibles productions. Both machines are pictured below (a chocolate enrober and a cooling tunnel). Chocolate molds are also currently in development that feature the Fli logo in the middle. In addition to equipment purchase, the company also recently completed an original formulation and batching for two of the Fli brand’s introductory chocolate cluster products. The flavors of the proposed products coming to market are a milk chocolate cranberry cashew cluster and a dark chocolate blueberry almond cluster. Potential future edibles products that are currently in the research and development phase include selections of gummies, caramels, truffles, and other toffees.

Status of Nevada Facility

As many involved in the cannabis industry will know, Nevada legalized recreational usage as of July 1, 2017. Nutritional High has been involved in the state ahead of the legalization, and are working toward replicating the Colorado model (Palo Verde facility). As of this week, Nutritional High has purchased the necessary licenses to process and cultivate cannabis. In the coming weeks, a city council meeting will take place prior to the operational build-out beginning in Henderson. Planned usage of the 17,000 square foot facility includes 3,000 to 4,000 square feet for extraction and processing, with the remainder being the area for cultivation and growth.

Status of Oregon Facility

In regards to Oregon, Frazier was able to tell us that the building closed 4 weeks ago (as per the company press release). In addition, planned building of the facility has begun and the licensing has been completed.
