(the “Company” or “Nutritional High”) (CSE:EAT) (OTCQB:SPLIF) (FRANKFURT:2NU) would like to announce it has agreed to the extension of its previously announced non-binding letter of intent (“LOI”) to acquire a 75% interest in Green Therapeutics LLC (“Green Therapeutics”), one of the premier innovators and established producer/processors within the cannabis space in the State of Nevada (the “Acquisition“) (see press release dated March 13, 2018). As per the terms of the extension, the date of termination of the LOI has been extended to June 15^th, 2018.
